Meeting Results from Tuesday, August 31st
Old business carried forward:
1. Brady Rennie was nominated as Chain Gang coordinator and is requesting parent volunteers. Need 3 adults over 18 years old for each home game. Please contact Brady at 256-4205 to help the team and get on the schedule
2. The Booster Club needs assistance providing meals for the football players on game days. Please check the schedule and contact a board member above for details if you'd like to help out by donating food or financial support for our boys on game days
3. We are currently seeking sponsors for the upcoming season. If you know of a local business willing to support our team please contact a board member
4. The coach is looking for a volunteer to film games this season. Video camera will be provided. If interested please contact Coach Esquer
New business:
1. The team still needs volunteers to feed the Varsity and JV players before games this season. Donations of Spaghetti and sauce, drinks, or other non perishable items suitable for lunches are now being accepted. Please contact a board member if you want to help out our student athletes and coaches
2. Roadrunner Tee Shirts are now available. All proceeds go to the team to help with expenses. If interested contact a Board Member
3. The Booster Club is currently seeking new members to help make this season a positive memorable experience for all our football players. Come to the next meeting, join the boosters, and find out how you can help !!!!!!!!
